  22. All I can say from reading user responses in their support mailbox
  23. is that those users who received it were more or less
  24. "pleased". The Cybergraphics stuff seems to work without
  25. problems (special CGX software runs, and truecolor screens
  26. seem to work without probs too).

  28. Problems with AmiWin X11 pack, since the AmiWin CGX driver uses
  29. undocumented CGX functions.

  33. The other big improvement is memory management in the card's RAM, so
  34. the blitter can be used much more often then before.
  35. Displayable bitmaps are generally hold in video ram whenever possible,
  36. only when this is filled up, they are held in FastRAM. This
  37. reportedly gives about 500 screen switched per second at
  38. high resolutions, and overall performance is said to be about
  39. 3 times faster then even with ProBench 2.2. And now 4MB
  40. Merlins finally make sense :-)))

  47. the Merlin, only for its ZII predecessor Domino.
